Master Pilates Instructor
Cynthia Huerta-Thome
Her mission is to help others utilize Pilates to improve their movement patterns during sports, fitness and other life activities. She also holds certificates in both Barre Above,TRX, Trigger Point method and Active Motion Bar. When she is not teaching, you will find her cycling, dancing or enjoying craft beer with her lifetime partner and their Golden Retriever dog, Oskar.

Joe Thome
After four decades as a thought leader in the Criminal Justice world, he was inspired to retire and expand his work in wellness and Pilates.
By studying, cleaning, and repairing reformers from several manufacturers, Joe has the
experience and ability to service machines made by all the modern Pilates machine manufacturers.
Project Manager
Oskar
Oskar, Cindy and Joe's faithful golden retriever, is more of a Pilates mat devotee than a reformer fan. He excels at many of the core-strengthening Pilates poses that also cross over to yoga, especially downward dog.

Extra Care Hygiene
We don't just help you maintain your equipment, we take extra steps at every visit to sanitize. With dozens, and maybe hundreds of clients using the same machine, letting them know your studio is cleaned with advanced steam sanitation processes and nontoxic but highly effective cleaning products
